Abstract

This liturgy was designed by members of the TWP, St Nicholas Theological Seminary, and clergy at Christ Church Anglican Cathedral, Cape Coast (July 2024) for an ecumenical service held there as part of the TWP workshop.  It incorporates poems from a Ghanaian and a Gambian/Caribbean writer; several hymns; a reading of the Beatitudes (Matt 5:1–12, NIV); and prayers of intercession written specifically for the occasion.
